I originally bought a saddle from an EBay western store with no knowledge beforehand of the store's products nor policies. My questions were answered very quickly and I made my purchase. Later I realized I'd need a few things from their website and (having paid for the saddle) asked that it be held until all items were purchased so they could be shipped together. Savanah was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all their merchandise and answered my questions quickly. I placed my orders on Apr 20, and the saddle and tack arrived yesterday, April 27! Everything was exactly as stated, and I'm delighted with the quality of everything I purchased. Will definitely be shopping here again.
